Yes. Ceremony, cocktail, dinner and dancing under one agreement and one invoice, with the configuration changing across the day. That is the practical reason planners use her: no handover between a ceremony musician, a cocktail trio and a DJ who have never met each other.
Ask anyway. Nourith performs herself, and she also directs a company of singers and musicians she has worked with for years. When her own date is gone, she can put forward an artist from that company, chosen by her, with the programme built the same way and with Nourith as your single point of contact from the first email to the last song. A planner rarely has to start the search again.
Stated in the contract at booking. She is based in France, so there is no international flight to absorb into the budget. For distant regions, travel and one night for the team are itemised in advance, and nothing foreseeable arrives as a late invoice.
Where it is useful, yes, and it is a train ride rather than an international trip. For most venues a call with the technical manager and a set of photographs is enough. For a difficult building or an outdoor ceremony, a visit is worth the day.
