The cocktail hour is the part of the day the couple almost never hears. You are being photographed somewhere else while a hundred and fifty guests stand in a garden with a drink, meeting each other. Silence makes it awkward. A sound system makes it a nightclub at six in the evening. An acoustic band is the answer: guitar, double bass, percussion, a live voice, and a level people can talk across. Cocktail Band and DJ starts at 4,500 EUR, and it carries the dancing afterwards as well, because Nourith moves to the decks herself.
Questions
Quiet enough for a conversation two metres away. The test is simple: if guests raise their voices, it is too loud. An acoustic trio at a natural level manages this without an engineer riding a fader, which is why it works outdoors and in rooms with no technical support.
Very little, and sometimes none. A trio can perform acoustically for a garden or a courtyard. A single domestic socket covers light amplification in a larger space. That is what makes a performance possible in a rose garden or an olive grove far from the house.
A DJ set follows and the evening builds from there. Cocktail Band and DJ at 4,500 EUR is sold as one package for exactly that reason: the acoustic set, then Nourith on the decks for the dancing, with nobody handing over to anybody. If you want live performance to continue all night, the DJ-Live Experience at 4,000 EUR is the step up: Nourith sings live, joined by a DJ, other singers, saxophone and percussion.
Yes. Ceremony accompaniment is an add-on to any format, and the same musicians move from the ceremony to the cocktail with a single set-up change. It is the most common combination and the most economical way to cover both moments properly.
